Reading the carton: what the original looks like

The front of the box carries the words "SLIM COFFEE BOOSTER" together with three short claims: "supports fat burning", "boosts metabolism" and "sustained energy". Underneath it is marked FOOD SUPPLEMENT, with a net weight of 60 g and a count of 30 sachets.

The Supplement Facts panel lists five measured actives per sachet: 100 mcg chromium as chromium picolinate, 120 mg caffeine, 100 mg green coffee bean extract, 300 mg L-carnitine and 100 mg curcumin from turmeric root. Four other ingredients complete the powder: black pepper extract, stevia leaf extract, inulin from chicory root and natural flavor. A named company stands behind the sales

The official Terms and Conditions identify both the platform operator and the seller of record, give a registered address, and state plainly that returns must not be posted to that address. They also set out a voluntary return policy, payment rules and how disputes are handled.

Paying safely: encryption, shipping and customs

The checkout presents itself as a "GUARANTEED SAFE CHECKOUT" and an "SSL SECURE CHECKOUT". The single box costs $7.95 to ship, while the two- and three-box bundles travel at no charge.

Under the terms, the total including taxes and shipping is disclosed before you submit an order. Where a parcel crosses a border and duties could apply, you are told about that possibility in advance. Tracking details, where the carrier provides them, may reach you by email.

Prices you can compare against

A copycat seller often gets the numbers wrong, so it helps to know the real ones. The three cards read $35.99 per box for the starter carton, $28.99 per box on the two-month bundle and $23.99 per box on the three-month best seller, which the merchant breaks down as $0.80 per day. Each card shows a struck price of $69.99.

What happens if you want your money back

The refund promise is the strongest protection a buyer has. The seller's terms describe a voluntary 30-day return window counted from delivery. To use it, you follow the procedure in the Help Center and post the cartons to the return address it gives for your order.

Only sealed, unused cartons still in their original wrapping and in resalable condition qualify. Once the return has been received and approved, the refund normally goes back to the card or account you paid with. Damaged or wrongly supplied goods are a separate matter, handled under applicable law.

Cancelling an order you regret

The terms allow a cancellation request within one hour of placing an order, as long as it has not yet moved into processing, fulfilment or shipping. After that point, the return policy described above is the route to follow.
