Ordering Slimqa in Canada: bundles, delivery and refunds

The three bundle cards, line by line

Each card on the checkout shows a price for one carton, labelled "Price per pack", with $69.99 crossed out beside it. Here is what each card prints:

• STARTER PACK, 30-day supply, 1 box: $35.99 per box, delivery $7.95
• 2 MONTHS SUPPLY, 60-day supply, 2 boxes: $28.99 per box, $0.97 per day, free delivery
• BEST SELLER, 90-day supply, 3 boxes: $23.99 per box, $0.80 per day, free delivery, YOU SAVE: $138.00

Which bundle suits a first order

The single carton is aimed at newcomers; the merchant's own words on that card are "Perfect for beginners: See for yourself whether the product is suitable for you!" It lasts one month at one sachet a day.

Buyers who plan to stay with it longer tend to look at the three-carton bundle, which the checkout tags as its best seller and which carries the lowest cost per carton. The merchant's FAQ notes that weight management support may take several weeks, and three cartons cover 90 days.

Placing the order, step by step

Slimqa is sold through the Slimqa Official Shop, and every order begins with that quiz. What customers say after one to three months is collected on Slimqa reviews.

• Complete the eight-question quiz (about two minutes) and read the personal summary it produces.
• Pick one, two or three cartons from the bundle cards.
• Fill in your Canadian delivery address, check the total shown, and confirm payment on the encrypted checkout.

Delivery charges and secure payment

Only the starter carton carries a shipping fee of $7.95; the two- and three-carton bundles travel free. The checkout advertises fast delivery, "FREE & SECURE SHIPPING" on the larger bundles and an SSL-protected payment page.

No card brands are named on the bundle page itself; the accepted payment options appear at the final step. Under the terms, the full amount including any taxes and shipping is disclosed before you submit the order.

From payment to your door

After you pay, the seller confirms the order and later sends a dispatch confirmation once the cartons are accepted for shipping. According to the terms, processing generally takes one to three business days, and the journey usually takes about two to fourteen business days depending on where you live.

When the parcel arrives, start with 1 sachet daily with water or coffee, ideally with a meal; the directions are spelled out on how to use Slimqa.

Refunds, cancellations and support

The 30-day money-back promise is printed on every card. Under the seller's voluntary policy, you open a return through the Help Center within 30 calendar days of delivery, and cartons must come back sealed, unused and in their original wrapping. A cancellation request is possible within the first hour after ordering, as long as processing has not started.

Questions about an order, shipping or a refund go to the support team, which the checkout describes as available around the clock. The seller's name and address appear on our legal information page.
