L-carnitine, the largest amount

With 300 mg per serving, L-carnitine outweighs every other active in the blend, three times the amount of green coffee extract or curcumin. Caffeine at 120 mg a sachet

Caffeine is the active most people ask about. The panel gives 120 mg per sachet and then repeats the figure in its warning line: "Contains 120 mg caffeine per serving." Right after it come the instruction to stay at one sachet a day and the note that the product is unsuitable for children and for pregnant or nursing women.
